I started my career as a bank operations manager — long hours, endless targets, constant pressure.
Then I became a six-figure freelancer, Amazon seller, and online entrepreneur.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out.
But inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and quietly falling apart.
